Jan, 2010- Sherlock's Books, a regional retailer and currently the largest independent bookstore in the U.S., signed a lease for a location on 5th Ave., "Avenue of the Arts", in Downtown Nashville.
Jan, 2010 - Milwaukee Downtown BID #21 announced that Boutique Larrieux, an upscale, contemporary plus-size women's boutique, expects to open downtown in March. The store will offer a carefully edited collection of apparel and accessories from top designers, personal style assessments, shopping appointments, private parties and workshops.
